Torchman is the original fire navi. He has the power to manipulate flames. His flames are so strong that nobody can stop him (to an extent). Some people think that he’s super weak because Megaman beat him but that’s because he didn’t use the program advance. Burnerman got punched by Gutsman. Torchman wins.
