Shenron is the main dragon to be summuned in times of trouble. With his great size it’s no wonder every character looks up to him. Shenron could defeat nearly any character in an instant. They just don’t have what it takes to defeat him. He is Shenron after all so it’s to be expected. Shenron may go to the top.
