Tokiko has her Buso Renkin which is fast and deadly. Nothing can escape from it. No matter how far or fast the opponent runs it’ll always find it’s prey. Tokiko also makes sure that no one has the guts! to fight her ever again. Tokiko never got a power up, but that’s because she never needed one. She was already much too powerful for all other characters in media.
