Yuffie is a skilled ninja who uses shruikens. While she doesn’t seem like the strongest at first, that’s just because she’s never had to use full power. At full power ordinary humans would explode so she has to keep the power in. Lucky us. Yuffie has appeared in many games and is always stronger than the last. She’ll never stop getting more powerful and because of that no one will catch her.
