Lakasei is vaguely similar to Rasin. The Difference being that Lakasei can destroy anyone who dares oppose him. No one can stop Lakasei once he’s on a roll. He’s so strong that not even Goku can take him down. Lakasei will make it to the top of the blog pretty soon. He may even defeat everyone else in the entire blog.
