Ryuk is a Shinigami who has destroyed many souls. In the end he was the only one who could take down Light. Ryuk has some strength that he’d use to climb to the top. No one can stop him since he’s already dead. The ones that try would die. All he has to do is write their name in the notebook and he gets an instant win.
