After all he did “defeat” Cell and Buu. Two of the strongest beings in the known universe. Hercule never stops improving and even fused with Goku to gain even more power. Hercule may just be the strongest being in the universe. He will reign at the top of the blog someday, but until then he’ll keep racking up the wins.
