Jirobo’s finally back, but he’s not back for a win. He doesn’t have enough speed to contend with Ukon. Ukon has both power and speed which is why he takes down Jirobo. Jirobo may have a super form, but Ukon also has one. One that is far superior. Jirobo loses once again. Ukon wins.
