I loved Bardock. He kind of rubs off on Goku with his extreme loyalty to his friends. And I perfer the Japanese version. The soundtrack just makes it much more tragic. To me I give the movie a 9.5 out of 10. But that is because I perfer Bardock’s personality over Gokus. And I feel the sorrow of Bardock. Thanks to the Japanese soundtrack. I wish I was Bardock. But then if I was I would have ditched everyone else and left to find a new place to live and train. And then after becoming a Super Saiyan I would kill Frieza and his family. Or get help from one of the good guy versions of his race. Yes. In an arcade card game there are good guy versions of the race Frieza comes from. The game is called Dragon Ball heroes.
Yeah, Dragon Ball Heroes is pretty cool. A LOT of characters in that one (More coming out every few months) Yeah, the Bardock movie was good. I think I would have enjoyed it more with a little more fights. Though I haven’t seen the Japanese version so that could bump up the rating a bit. BTW DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 4 was finally announced 2 days ago. It’s coming out in Winter and it’s confirmed to have more than BT3. So since you seem like a big DBZ fan I thought I’d let you know 🙂
I grew up with Dragon Ball Z among others. But it will always be my favorite as I will always find myself watching it over and over again. I watched it all the way through ever since it first came on Toonami when Moltar from Space Ghost was the host.
Yeah, DBZ IS awesome! Definitley one of my favorite shows. Sadly the Toonami days was before my time 😦 I’m buying the series on DVD soon
