Penguin (Animal) is here after a long break. Penguins are epic creatures who are excellent swimmers. Of course The BioLizard can shoot giant energy blasts which would beat Penguin (Animal) in one shot. Penguins aren’t used to fighting enemies with quite that much power at their disposal.
