Bandit Keith is a pretty tough duelist and he has taken on some tough fighters! Of course Joey once merged with his dragon and became a fighter of epic proportions! with one blast he could probably take down Bandit Keith. Bandit Keith is a good hand to hand fighter, but fighting supernatural beings is a bit above his level. Joey wins.
