You’ve gotta admire the fact that Rugby is a pretty obscure character, but he has a pretty cool design. You’d think that he would have hit it off immediately as a big character! His materialization can be a tremendous advantage in a fight. If one of those rugby balls hits you then it may be all over! This is one guy that you don’t want to mess with! He’s probably gonna rise up the blog ranks fast until he’s number 1! Rugby’s speed also doesn’t seem that bad so he most likely won’t be getting speedblitzed.
