Jonathan is a pretty high ranking member of the Government. Not only is he in charge of the greatest defensive Marine base, but he actually went up against Luffy and the Straw Hats! His tactical abilities are excellent and he could give some of the greatest minds in media a run for their money! His physical abilities are mostly untested, but it’s safe to say that he’s immensely powerful. One good punch would knock the fight out of many characters.
