Well, this is basically how it sounds. You can call it a picture book or a mini comic (Which made it tough to decide where to place this in the categories, but I opted for picture book) What if Luke had gone with Darth Vader and Vader raised him up to be a good Sith? It’s very short and you will finish it in a few minutes at most. As such, the review will also be very short and could be one of my shortest reviews of all time!

I already mentioned the “plot” and that’s all that there is too it. If you like kids and emotional stories that are full of comedy and hidden references to the films, then you should enjoy it. It’s definitely all right, but it’s just not my thing I suppose. The art isn’t bad, but it’s just soooooo short. Also, you won’t want to take it seriously because Darth Vader will naturally be out of character.

Overall, some may enjoy this book. If you like “cuteness” and seeing things happen, then you may enjoy it. Just don’t walk in expecting a plot or something like that. It was all right, but not something that I would re read even with the short length. The score may seem very low, but that is because it does lack plot, fights, characters, etc. For what it is, it gives its all……it’s just not my type of book. If you like Yotsubato or home videos or little kids, then you’ll like the comic. If you want to see a lot of action and explosions, go check out that new DBZ film.
