Neji and Rock Lee may be on the same team, but it’s a fight that many fans have always wanted. It is a classic tale of effort vs talent. Neji is great at hand to hand combat, but Rock Lee definitely has the advantage in that field. His 8 Gates ability is also lethal and it dramatically boosts both his power and speed. I don’t believe that Neji’s ultimate defense would be able to hold under that assault and he would take the loss. Rock Lee wins.
