Chihaya Hiiragi has magical abilities, but it’s just about impossible to find out what these abilities are. She’s just too much of an obscure character. Luckily, vague magic is all that she should really need since Chii isn’t much of a fighter. Chii likely has superhuman strength, but that’s just not going to cut it here. Chii is outmatched…we just don’t know how outmatched she is! Chihaya Hiiragi wins.
