Uiharu has always tried to be a nice person, but it has come at the expense of her future potential. She’s one of the weakest fighters in the city and even a level 0 like Saten can defeat her. Uiharu can control the temperatures around her and force them to stay in place, but that won’t matter since Saten is physically superior in this battle. A good punch/kick combo should end this.
