I’m afraid that this battle isn’t even close. Chakravartin had enough physical power to stop a fully charged punch from Asura without any effort. Alucard would have died against a punch at half that strength. Chakravartin can also spam a large array of energy blasts and throw out all kinds of crazy moves. Alucard has some regeneration at his disposal, but it won’t be enough. Chakravartin wins.

Don’t forget that one of his weaker forms dwarfs several galaxies and he can create giant planets and immense exploding suns and fire them like projectiles.
That’s true and definitely pretty impressive.
Chakravartin in his final form can fight the likes of Goku and Vegeta. HOWEVER he’s going to have to improve his h2h skills if he wants to last long against them. Just power and speed alone won’t be enough.
Hmm, he’s strong, but you may be slightly overrating him. Goku and Vegeta are just so powerful so I don’t see Chakra lasting, but the guy is pretty strong so I don’t want to sell him short either.
