Both of these minions are from Kingdoms of Amalur. The Bloodhunters are fairly weak with their low health, but they can pack quite the punch. I do not think that the Ancient Leanashe could survive an assault from one of these guys. She has a lot of poison attacks at her disposal, but their effects will likely not work quickly enough to take the Bloodhunter down for the count.
