Suggested by JHG195 Dudley Dursley used to be a rather mean cousin to Harry Potter but gradually became a nicer guy. He never learned any magical abilities and isn’t much of a fighter, but he does have experience on his side. Kiki is only 13 and while she is good at riding on a broom, she never learned how to properly fight. In this case the age difference is very difficult to overcome and I don’t think her attacks would have enough weight behind them. Dudley Dursley wins.

You gotta be kidding me. Kiki’s a cute witch whose braved storms to get a delivery and flies with ease. Dudley’s just an angry, fat and spoiled kid.
Yes but Dudley is older so he will naturally have more raw power at his disposal which can really be a dealbreaker at this point . Kiki is definitely the more likable character though
Really? I always thought Dudley was more fat and unhealthy.
He was at the beginning, but by the end of the book series he comes into his own as a pretty decent character

If Kiki was just an extra year or two older then I think she would have it, but Dudley’s fatness also helps his power a tad
