While Kagome Higurashi can’t really do hand to hand, Talim would be able to fall back on her martial arts. As such, this fight will come down to whether or not Talim’s wind can help shield her from Kagome’s arrows. I don’t think they will be able to which would give Kagome the slight edge here. Her energy bolts just won’t be stopped and a single good hit could decide the match. Kagome Higurashi wins.
