Hop is a very determined Pokemon fighter. He’s always getting back up no matter how many times he loses. The kid can be a bit annoying at times, but he means well and is a fairly powerful trainer in his own right. That won’t be enough to stop Kyojuro though. I haven’t seen Kyojuro fight a whole lot, but in the action scenes he did get he was quite impressive. His fire abilities will make it difficult for Hop to get close and most of his Pokemon would go down quickly. The speed difference is too great here. Kyojuro Rengoku wins.
