Suggested by iKnowledge Gul-Dukat has some decent super strength but it’s nothing that would cause Bill to worry. Beta Ray Bill has traded blows with Thor in the past and has incredible durability. There isn’t any way for Gul-Dukat to really hope to injure this guy. Gul also isn’t fast enough to escape so that’s game over. Beta Ray Bill wins.
