Train is so out of Uryu’s league Uryu wouldn’t get one hit in. He might not even see Train until it’s too late. The day will never come when the Black Cat is hit by an amateur like Uryu. Train wins.

Uryu may have lots of arrows but Train’s gun is made of an element that can’t be broken with arrows. He also has the railgun which is pretty much a one hit KO
