Tifa knows hand to hand combat and can quickly defeat Tunnel Rat. Tunnel Rat is a GI Joe so he can’t fight. He couldn’t beat Tifa if his life depended on it. Tifa might also get a super form in the near future because she will be in dissidia. Tifa wins.
