Charizard is a fire pokemon who has attacks that can take down even the bravest of souls. Of course Feraligatr is a hard core Water Pokemon who never wavers in the face of danger. Feraligatr is just too powerful to lose to him. Feraligatr wins.

But if we’re talking Anime, I’d have to say Charizard after the plot-device that is Alain Charizard.
Yeah, in the anime Charizard is definitely pretty crazy. I’ll never forget just how badly Ash was beaten in the end.
Ok, that time I have no explanation. Real world talk, the writers just screwed Ketchum over despite his loss being LESS plausible.
They really did screw up on that one. It was really Ash’s time to win and it would have been the perfect way to end that championship
Feraligatr takes it since it’s got a type advantage and Charizard’s got no Sunny Day naturally.
Type advantage is huge, if not for the mega form I would likely have given this to Feraligatr. I always liked that guy a lot as a kid
