Well Roy (FMA) is a pretty good fighter, but just being good is not enough to take down Scar. Scar is so powerful that he pretty much beats whoever he wants. No one can take him. Roy (FMA) may try and get some good hits in like a fire blast but it’ll be no good. Scar wins.

Of course Fire is too much for Scar’s hand to hand skills. Roy (FMA) wins.
