Godzilla has his atomic breath but he suffers yet another loss in this round. He Man is just too powerful for him. While Godzilla is a tough monster, He Man is a Man! He Man wins.

True, but He Man’s gone toe to toe with Superman on different occasions. I think he can actually surpass Godzilla physically and that makes a big difference here.
