Its a well know fact you cant kill Melona with a sword, or by just about any means other than things created by heaven and even those failed to work properly. She may be more immortal than a vampire.
Her immortality is tricky, but a sword can ultimately work against just about anyone. Without high speed regeneration, it’ll be hard for her to come back after being sliced and diced by Alucard.
