Dr Doom has his beams and Odin’s power. Of course that’s okay, but not as good as Wesker’s super human abilities. Wesker has electricity and can move so fast that it appears he is teleporting. Dr Doom is a good villain, but just not tough enough. Wesker wins.

I have to say that Dr Doom now outranks Wesker. Dr Doom wins.
