Wolverine has his claws and could rip Spock to shreds. Spock doesn’t have enough skills to defeat Wolverine. Wolverine has his own Xmen team which shows his dedication and natural leading skills. Wolverine wins.

I think that Spock can win.
Spock also has Scalosian water. You already know about that super speed.
Furthermore, he has access to the slaver weapon, which gives him the power to destroy at least small moons. This was from the Animated series episode “The Slaver Weapon.”
Also, he has mental powers that let him control people to a small extent, even without touching them, as he did in “The Omega Glory.” Wolverine has always seemed particularly susceptible to psychic attacks.
Spock also has access to a Life support belt, and the person forcefield it provides.
So… I think that Spock is actually able to take on some of the lesser character from Dragon Ball Z. I don’t think that Kirk can, because Kirk never had the slaver weapon.
Well, telepathy doesn’t typically help on the blog. Now, while Spock sounds like he could probably take on regular Wolverine, this is composite for both sides. So, Wolverine has the Dark Phoenix form, which can easily obliterate planets and whole star systems. One good blast from that would like take out his forcefield and without a planet to hang onto, Spock would be out of the fight.
I’m not sure if I’d go as far as DBZ (Although there are noncombatants there) but Spock is definitely one of the tougher sci fi characters and I could see him taking down most of the other characters in the Trek franchise
