Grand Fisher is a being that was nearly able to get the best out of Ichigo, an S rank being. And that was in base form! In his fully powered state he could make mincemeat out of any character in all of media. His attack power is extremely high and with his speed no one can follow his moves. Finally he has a giant sword that can slice whole buildings in a single slash. Yes, he will be rising thorugh the blog at a rapid rate and will eventually rise to the very top.

I personally think when he became an Arrancar, he lost one of his greatest advantages. Before, he had that lure that could turn into people, and he could use that to toy with people’s emotions. True, he probably had more power in his Arrancar form, but brute power was all he seemed to have.
But I guess with your composite rules he has the best of both worlds now, able to swap between the two forms 🙂
Yeah, in Arrancar form he just wasn’t impressive. He also felt a lot slower during the fight and had less attacks. Hopefully he appears again to fight Ichigo (Because some villains just don’t die)
Yep, he can keep swapping between both forms. The Composite rule definitely helps him a lot!
