Wiper makes his blog debut against Luffy. Wiper has a pretty good arsenal and from afar can do some pretty heavy duty damage. In close quarters combat he’s pretty good, but I don’t think he’s good enough to beat Luffy. Luffy’s just too fast and too strong. One good punch from Luffy can take down many opponents. Luffy wins.
