Well, I can’t really say who he can beat since that would spoil future matches and I wouldn’t even know what the limit of his power is. Not yet anyway? When you’ve fought as much as guys like Goku and Megaman you get a clearer picture. So if Mewtwo fights tons more I’ll figure it out 😀
