Kingler is a pretty fierce pokemon. With one swipe of his claws he can take down many opponents. Of course Ash has his share of thunder pokemon. They can take down Kingler in this round. Kingler just didn’t have the skills to take down Ash. Ash is just far too powerful. Ash wins.
