Lugia is a legendary pokemon! So while Ash has many pokemon at his disposal this could still be a tricky fight. It could be his Legendary status blinding me, but for a while this match was tricky. Still, Ash has his Sceptile, Infernape, Pikachu, and Charizard. Together those powerhouses should win. Ash wins.

2 things, 1. Lugia can know Aeroblast and Hydro Pump, so Lugia would win. 2. Some guys known as PETA tried to mess with Pokemon. Look on my site, to see why i hate them. OK bye.
Ash still has a lot of Pokemon though. The PETA part seemed to come pretty randomly though
Meh. Just wanted to say because, you know, PETA and their members are messed up. Cause they do some weird stuff and they go and lie to people. And one time they broke into a apartment-like place, stole a bunch of peys, and killed them. So, yeah. But i still think Lugia would win. Just a thought. (I just brought the PETA thing up because youre obviously a Nintendo fan and i guess one thing led to another.)
