Joe (Pokemon) is a guy who couldn’t run fast enough on the treadmill. He’s good, but his physical abilities aren’t good enough to take down Ash. Ash also has the pokemon advantage. With all of them at his disposal he can take down pretty much any kid he comes across! Ash wins.
