Piccolo is a casual planet buster and is incredibly powerful! With a single blast he can cause some awesome destruction! Rakllen has a lot of Spectrobes on his side, but I’m not sure they will be of much help. Piccolo’s speed is far too great and he could really oneshot nearly all of them! Piccolo wins.
