Metro Man definitely has the speed advantage and his raw power is formidable. Still, can he hope to take down Mr Mime? I think Mr Mime may have this. His shields and attacks make for a dangerous combo and he definitely knows how to take an opponent down the hard way. Mr Mime wins.

Mr mine’s barriers have not been proven strong enough to stop at least city level attacks. even then, metro man with his superior speed blitzes mr mine before he can even put one up
Not to mention we never actually seen metro man get hurt but what we do know is that he would be capable of tanking the laser megamind had put for him which was powered by the sun.

I hear you because Metro Man’s peed is pretty solid but he at the same time didn’t seem super impressive in the movie. Mr. Mime passively has his shield up and ready for action most of the time so I see Metroman bumping into it and not being able to punch through.
Meanwhile Mr Mime has a ton of different elemental attacks which should hit Metro easy enough. He’ll take too much damage and ultimately go down before punching through Mime’s defenses.
In the movie he literally quit being a hero because of how boring and repetitive it was, he wanted to pursue his dreams.
Metroman would most likely be city level but from the movies
we see titan being capable of throwing skyscrapers and titan did get his powers from metromans DNA so its reasonable to scale metroman to titan since they both have similar powers and both literally have the same DNA
We have never seen metroman become damaged in the movie, but what we do know is that he definitely can survive the ray megamind had set up for him, which was powered by the sun

But has it proven to be stronger then anything mr mime can be scaled too, probably

Trust me, I don’t want to go this route but I have to admit that Metro Man is a little outgunned here. What’s he going to do against this kind of power?

Simply outspeed him to a ridiculous degree. He managed to move fast enough that time essentially stops. He’s capable of walking out of the observatory, going to the park, reading at least part of a book, and faking his death before anyone even noticed. A rocket that visibly slower than a real rocket is not comparable in any way.
Mr Mime gets blitzed before he even knows what’s happening. His elemental attacks, barriers, and any other attacks are irrelevant. Unless you can demonstrate his speed is on this utterly absurd level then he’s absolutely going to get throttled here.

using pokedex entries are not reliable either

Nothing in mr mimes pokedex entries give him any advantage either as they mostly talk about him creating invisible walls
Now im not saying all pokedex entries are not true, most of them are pretty okay but then you got ones that make 0 sense and are overall inconsistent
