Death Saurer and King Gojulas are some of the stronger Zoids out there. Death Saurer is huge and can fire a beam of blue energy…completely original I’m sure! King Gojulas is also a powerful opponent, but I wouldn’t say that he can hold his own in this fight. Death Saurer wins.

now, this is all not including pilots abilities. King Gojulas can often hold 2 Gravity Guns cause his CP is higher than 200, and each gravity gun weighs 100, and does 1000 damage to all 6 zoids. it takes a lot of energy, but KG doesnt have to worry since he is basically like a giant battery 🙂 his GEP is 20 so each turn he gains 20 pts.
honestly, not even Death Meteor, an upgraded model of Death Saurer, can take on King Gojulas! 😀
basically, at King Gojulas’s highest peak,he can disrupt Space-Time 146 times in one turn.
it takes about 500 damage to disrupt spacetime.
so, he activates his ZOS+2 which gives him 3 chances to attack.
hes faster,so he goes first.
He uses both gravity guns,and relying on No Return, a command acessed by King Gojulas and other zoids,he does 4000 damage. that times 6 (For each member in the enemy party) is 24,000. now he has 2 more times to attack,so 24,000 x 3 is 72,000 damage total. divide that by 500 and you get 146 🙂 at Death Saurer’s best… maybe half that. at his best.

That’s assuming that his attacks hit right? I wouldn’t underestimate Death Saurer’s speed. That guy’s a beast when it comes to beating up on the opposition. His raw power levels are just too much at this point. In the game, he may not be as powerful, although it’s debatable, but once we get into the anime…things get real!
We also have to consider their raw power though. Not just in the games, but in all media since it’s composite! Deat Saurer just seems too powerful and his beams are incredibly lethal. One good shot can end…Everything!! King Gojulas is very tough as well, but I’m not sure if he has enough durability for this round
i just gave you solid evidence that King Gojulas is faster, stronger, more powerful, and more accurate than Death Saurer…
I dont even think King Gojulas shows up in the Manga. but he is a ZOS 3 Zoid, so he is much more powerful than any other.

I don’t necessarily disagree that having Death in your name means victory, but I can’t say that I found a whole lot of proof to reverse that in the link. Also, “bandwagon fans” are tough to prove since we’re already on the next train by then 😉
The link of the old battle story pics clearly shows the King Gojulas administering a beatdown on any heavyweight Guylos Zoid at the time without taking any real damage, even against custom Zoids like a Deathsaurer with Gilvader flying components and a light saber… It took down the “Flying Deathsaurer” with Charged particle Cannon, Gravity Cannons and all. The KG has built in CPC in it’s chest gatlings among other nasty weapons. This thing is so tough, the gravity cannon doesn’t stop it either. If that doesn’t prove the KG is the mightiest Zoid of all time, nothing will. Again, jump off the wagon because it’s going off the cliff.
It still just seems odd. I don’t know, but it’s hard to find a lot of proof there. It’s a good story, but the games and show probably hold more weight for the fights.
That’s a bad way to look at it. Just using the games and the show is not the best way to go either. The original battle story is the main piece where everything else is based off of. The shows are also missing both the MadThunder and the DeadBorder, two other Zoids also known for defeating the Deathsaurer as well. So just because they aren’t in the story doesn’t mean that they never defeated the DeathSaurer in the original battle story. So by that same reasoning, if they did another Zoids anime and included both of these Zoids and the KG whipping some serious butt, then everything else makes sense too? That makes no sense. BTW, the reason why the MadThunder and the DeadBorder never show up in the anime is because the creators wanted the Deathsaurer to be the “ultimate” Zoid and they wanted the “Hero” Liger to be the one to defeat it. If any of these other Zoids are introduced, the Deathsaurer is no longer seen as invincible as the creators wanted it to be. Also, the KG will probably never appear on a Zoids anime because it looks too much like Godzilla so the copyright lawyers would have a field day with Tomy and Hasbro. I guess I will make a sense assessment and say that the more you look like Godzilla in the Zoids series, the more powerful you are. KG looks a lot more like Godzilla than Deathsaurer does.
Looking like Godzilla is certainly a plus. That being said, it’s still too hard to quantify pictures without a whole lot of context or background. That’s why the games and the shows typically hold more weight in just about every debate. There’s just nothing like seeing the actual characters in combat.

The original battle story is the first storyline of zoids series before it was made into nintendo games and anime shows which they deviate from the battle story …. It was made by the original 1980’s creator of zoids and what kg said is true that king gojulas is the greatest single zoid…. It deafeated the gilvader which make a short work of a group of mad thunder which death saurers particle cannon penetrate( because of its special shield) so for me king gojulas will trample the death saurer like a horse stamping a fly….
