Pikachu is back and now he’s up against Veemon! Veemon is a pretty powerful digimon and his super forms all look pretty cool as well. Pikachu’s speed is his greatest advantage and he could give Veemon a run for his money. Of course once he turns into Imperialdramon, then it’s basically all over. Veemon wins.

Digievolution certainly does change things up a bit. Pikachu can’t afford to hold back

Telling character’s feats make the battle more interesting because it’s kind of boring when people say wins without saying feats which makes character pretty more interesting
Definitely agreed. Showing the feats is always the best and that’s why Pikachu is so high tier. He’s pulled off speed feats that most Pokemon and Digimon can’t even dream of. You need a really high tier fighter to take him down

It feels boring when someone says that one character wins without giving reason but it’s also boring to compare no feats character to any character that has feats
That’s why you want to always have a battle of high tiers against each other like Pikachu and Superman or something as opposed to a more lopsided battle like Vulpix vs Mewtwo
True.. But, Pikachu and Veemon would really be good battle without Digivolution but, Pikachu vs Bowser wouldn’t be bad too because, Pikachu can at least try.
Yeah, without evolution a Pikachu v Veemon fight would be pretty neat. I think Pikachu vs Bowser would probably be a little more one sided though since it would be pretty hard for Bowser to even land a hit in since the difference in speed is so vast
