Superman has always showed that he has powers beyond that of a normal human. Maybe it’s because he isn’t human! Either way, he definitely outranks Lana Lang in a fight. She just doesn’t have the speed or power to keep up with him. Defeating Superman would just be too tough. Superman wins.
