Pohatu is probably hoping that he can once again overcome the type disadvantage, but that won’t be the case this time. Lewa’s definitely got a solid advantage in this round seeing as how he can levitate and his fighting abilities are pretty good. I don’t think that Pohatu can take him down. Lewa wins.

Lewa can levitate but given the flight upgrades so can Pohatu, and he’s many, many times faster. Also I never would have considered Lewa to have an elemental advantage. For example, in Pokémon, rock beats flying.
I’ve always been more of a flight>Rock person. Rock is powerful, but it’s like a game of rock paper scissors. Rock is strong, but Paper’s just too fast and out of reach. Well, Lewa has rocket boosters so he’s still pretty fast and I’d say that he has more experience in the air. Pohatu’s no pushover and it should be a good fight, but Lewa seems to also have better equipment which could tip the scale.
His rockets are fast, but nothing on Pohatu.
Having the speed advantage is definitely critical to victory, but Lewa can use his wind to slow Pohatu down. Then their speeds may be equalized or Lewa may be even faster, depending on how good his wind manipulation is
