These two pokemon are pretty powerful and while Serperior is a grass type, I think Seismitoad can still pull out a win. He’s pretty durable and he just needs some solid blasts to take out a good chunk of Serperior’s health. Likewise, but in a beam struggle I’d go with Seismitoad. Seismitoad wins.

Careful there, while Seimitly take a hit, Grass is his one weakness and it’ a really big one. One hit from a grass move and he’s out.
True, his weakness against grass is tricky. None of them really have a major speed advantage over the other and in a clash of energy beams I’d go with Seismitoad. Serperior may land a hit or 2, but I don’t think he’d let Serperior land a major shot to take him out of the match or anything. I think Seismitoad could pull out a narrow win in the end
