Le Bete Noir is immensely powerful and he can actually go toe to toe against the legendary Phoenix Force. While Le Bete Noir has some pretty intense offensive capabilities he wouldn’t be able to go up against someone as formidable as Bly. Bly’s sword skills will end up leading him to victory. Bly wins.
