James Bond is a pretty good shot when he has a gun, but only sometimes. He’s not much of a threat in hand to hand combat since Hibiki is the better fighter. He may not be an expert in the art of hand to hand, but Hibiki can fire energy blasts and use barriers to his advantage. James Bond won’t even be able to hurt him! Hibiki wins.
