Yeah, Solaris was the final boss in the 2006 Sonic the Hedgehog game for the PS3 and 360.

Yes, they all merged into the ultimate being as the end. Solaris has a true form, but it lacks offensive capabilities. (A candle!) In his fused form with the other two, he’s a true beast and one of the strongest Sonic characters of all time!
