Diano is back in another fight for the record books. Both of these opponents possess flight and super speed. In terms of physical strength, Diano is easily superior, but Harribel’s blade also makes her attacks just as lethal. I would say that Harribel’s water attacks give her the edge because Diano will have a tough time trying to stay away from the water and repelling her attacks. I would say that Harribel does possess the speed advantage, which can make all of the difference in combat. Harribel wins.

What makes you say that Harribel has the speed advantage? Dark Schneider had to use his Sharingan just for his eyes to keep up with Diano.
Taking on the Captain Class Shinigami is a huge feat and their speed levels were just about off of the charts. Due to the content in the manga that Diano is from, I can’t even use any scans to determine her feats for myself so I really have to judge from the written down versions and general consensus. That definitely sounds impressive and Dark Schneider is a very impressive fighter. That being said, it appears that most of Diano’s feats are obtained through power scaling and it sounds like she didn’t actually fight for very long. Most of her sections are blank or very short and even the OBD page didn’t provide much enlightenment. She is powerful to be sure and she could definitely defeat many opponents. It just happened that you threw her against 4 Top Tier fighters. It would be tough for any fighter to make it out unscathed.
You refuse to read the manga because she is scantily clad?
I don’t read the manga because it’s M as far as I’m aware. Whether it’s a video game that’s M or a film that’s R, then it’s a no go for me. I’m the most extreme with video games as I refuse to play any that are T and contain blood. Films that were R but have been edited down to TV 14 or PG 13 are acceptable. So for Diano, I have to rely on her feats, which is still passable and that’s what I basically do for series like Jo Jo’s Adventure or other media that I have not seen anyway. It’s the first thing that I do with a fighter that I’m not familiar with

Her abilities may be more impressive in the scans and maybe they would be less impressive. Spawn is an example of a character whose feats are more impressive when heard than seen. Likewise Bass EXE is much more impressive when you see his feats than merely hearing about them. So it really depends, either way I wouldn’t call say that it’s unfair. Let’s face it, I hadn’t heard about Ted Theodore Logan or the Walking Dead protagonists, but they still made it. I make sure to do enough background checks to ensure that everything is okay
