I’m afraid that this is a blowout for The Noid! The Noid can shoot blasts of thunder, teleport, and even has some very basic super speed. This helps to account for the fact that he is only about as big as Balki’s shoe…although he had a growth spurt in his video game where he uses a mean YoYo! Balki seems like a reasonably tough adult, but he was not ready to face off against a meta human threat! The Noid wins.
