Reina has good reason to be upset here as she won’t get to show off her skills against a kid. Rihoko is a nice little girl who always tries to help out, but she has no special powers. Reina has super speed and a killer slice, which is more than Rihoko can handle at the moment. Super powers will always be enough to stop mere mortals unless the mortals have good fighting skillz.
